a decent stay.
luxurious bedroom excellent location security deposit financial difficulty
the bedroom was very luxurious. the location was excellent for accessing nearby attractions. i found the staff friendly. the hotel was easy to get to, which i appreciated.
i was surprised by a security deposit at check-in. i had to wait for the deposit to be released. the delay caused me financial difficulty.

convenient location, amazing service
tube station restaurant staff great experience
The hotel location is close to the o2 and a tube station. the river is very close by! the restaurant staff was lovely. They did everything possible to help me. the clipper bar and sky bar provided great experiences.

convenient access helpful staff faulty phone system delayed service
The location offered convenient access to nearby venues. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out.. I appreciated that. I also found the staff helpful with directions.
The phone system was not working properly. This meant calling for room service was not possible. I also requested ice multiple times for a medical issue, but it never arrived.
